The "DIY" Staging Consultation


This is the perfect service to set you off on the right path to preparing your home with what you already own to sell for the best price possible and fast! In this intensive 2-3 hour consultation:

  • We will discuss your goals, expectations and buyers demographics in your area.
  • We will conduct an in-depth assessment of your home and take photos of each room.
  • You will receive a written, customized report about what is needed to be done in the home to merchandize it to attract a large number of prospect buyers and sell at top dollar and quickly.
  • The report you'll receive also includes our helpful "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist".
  • And a detailed shopping list of what to purchase for maximum staging impact.

(Up to three hours in the home, each additional hour reverts to $100 hourly rate)

The "Influencer" Staging


For the home seller who is ready to take action. We will work together staging those areas of your home that influence buyers the most to go from making a logical decision to visit your home to the emotional decision of placing an offer.

  • You won't believe the HUGE difference a few hours will make in your space just using what you already own! 
  • The stager will add beautiful staging accessories and take photos to give you a visual of what needs to be purchased to complete the transformation that will appeal to the broadest range of buyers.
  • We will work for up to 4 hours creating an emotional response from buyers to each space.

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving.
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

The "Show Stopper" Full Staging Day


This service is catered for those larger homes (over 2000 sf) that require more than a few hours of staging work. This is a great opportunity to make multiple positive impressions with each detail that your professional home stager can add to your home to enhance all the positives.


Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving.
(Up to seven hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.

  • We conduct a home assessment and deliver a proposal with three options to choose from depending on your budget.
  • We stage your home with beautiful and top quality furnishings and accessories to achieve that model home look that will make buyers "fall in love".

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving.
(A $100 initial home assessment fee is credited back to your total vacant service when you choose us)
